2009-2010 Tuition and Fees
New Student Application and Testing Fee – $75.00 per child
This non-refundable fee covers the costs of application processing and paperwork, as well as providing a specially trained teacher to administer a developmental assessment used for determining your child’s correct school placement.

New Family Registration Fee – $220 per family
This non-refundable fee is paid by new families after a student has been accepted for admission to City Center Academy.

Annual Re-enrollment Fee
- $150 per family (during Early Re-Enrollment)
- $175 per family (during Regular Re-Enrollment)
- $220 per family (during Late Registration, after March 4t
This non-refundable fee is paid annually by returning families to confirm their intention to re-enroll.

Tuition
The tuition for 2009-2010 is $6,750. All payments (except payment in full) are received through FACTS Management Co. Tuition is paid in either 10 (July thru April) or 11 monthly installments (July thru May) on either the 5th or the 20th of each month through automatic debit from your bank account through FACTS.
Tuition includes all textbooks, educational materials, student newspaper subscriptions, and most field trips. Additional fees are occasionally charged for transportation and out of town field trips. These additional fees are determined by independent vendors, and are subject to change.
Previous year’s tuition must be paid in full before you may re-enroll your child. New families may not enroll if they owe money to a previous school. For families who sign up for FACTS after July, the initial monthly payment will include all previous months’ payments.

There is a 3% tuition reduction if tuition is paid in full (directly to the school) by August 31st.

Financial Aid
We strive to make tuition affordable for all families through financial aid packets and annual merit scholarships. Currently, almost 60% of our students receive some form of financial assistance.
